1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the 4fingers platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and the operator of the 4fingers platform. They are in addition to any other agreements you may have entered into with us, including specific terms applicable to particular promotions or offers.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, to register and use this platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Creation and User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 4fingers platform. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to us. 4fingers will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.

Prohibited Information

You are prohibited from using false information, assuming another person's identity, or employing technical means to circumvent any limits or restrictions imposed by the platform. The use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised tools to interact with the platform is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account closure.

3 Platform Usage and Payment Terms

Permitted Use

The 4fingers platform is provided solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree to use this platform only for permitted purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate game mechanisms, or engage in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR

All transactions on the 4fingers platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to compliance with the applicable withdrawal requirements. 4fingers reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving any withdrawal. Processing times are between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the payment method.

Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. Misuse of promotions, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure. Bonus value cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

4 Liability Limits and Account Policy

Platform Liability Limits

The 4fingers platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from technical errors, or free from security threats. We are not liable for any indirect losses, business losses, or losses arising from inability to access the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

4fingers reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, or any activity deemed to compromise the security of the platform or other users. Funds in accounts suspended or closed due to a terms violation will not be refunded.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. Any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no transactions currently under review or in dispute.

5 Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 4fingers platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is owned by or licensed to 4fingers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.

6 Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

4fingers reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.
